Attend anytime within the time slot selection. If you choose the final time slot, please make sure to arrive 30 minutes before closing time which is 8pm on Saturday and 6pm on Sunday.

The Dinosaur walkthrough is indoors and it takes anywhere from 20 minutes to more than 1 hour depending on how much time you spend next to each dinosaur. The Rides and Activities are optional.

All Ticket Sales are Final. There are no Refunds under any conditions or for not showing up or for any other reason.
You can go through only once through the exhibit with your ticket. Kids must wear socks in the Bounce castle areas.

Do I need to buy my tickets online? 
-Tickets can only be purchased online.

I purchased a Dino Surprise Pack. How will I receive it?
-Dino packs will be handed out at the event when you scan your ticket.

How much are the extra activities likes Rides and Bouncy castles?
-General admission tickets grant you entry just for the event tour. For a more immersive experience, you have the ability to purchase activity tickets on-site or opt for a VIP pass. This VIP pass entitles you to unlimited access to the rocking ride dinosaurs, all inflatables, and Dino Digs. However, certain special activities are not included in the VIP Pass and be accessed via activity tickets, available for purchase at the toy store. These activities consist of: 1- Zorb Ball: 1 ticket, 2- Face Painting: 2 tickets, 3- Walking Ride Dinosaur:  2 tickets, 4- Excavation Station with a take-home fossil: 2 tickets. 

How will I get my tickets?
-An email confirmation will be sent to you when your order is completed. You can either print it or pull them up on your phone when you arrive at Jurassic Empire. If you do not receive your tickets, PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER. If you still didn't receive it then email us at [email protected] with the email address you used to make the purchase and confirmation code, if you have it.

Are Tickets Refundable?
-Tickets are only refundable if an event is cancelled.

Do You Sell T-Shirts on Site?

No we don't because we always sell out of sizes and colors. We partnered with www.JurassicStudio.com to sell T-Shirts for our customers. From there you can choose your child's favorite dinosaur shirt from over 50 unique designs. 

Can I make changes to my ticket?
-Email ticket request changes to [email protected]

How long will it take to complete?
-The tour lasts anywhere from 20 minutes to more than an hour depending how long you stay next to each dinosaur.

Will the event be canceled due to rain?
-No. Our show is rain or shine. If there is severe weather, we will reschedule your tickets for a different date and time.

Are pets allowed?
-We only allow Service animals.
