Attend anytime within the time slot selection. If you choose the |6m- 8pm| time slot, please make
sure you come in before 7:30pm.
The whole drive-thru takes anywhere from 20 minutes to more than 1 hour depending on how many cars show up at any given hour. If you order the optional Dino Pack online you will receive it after we check you in at the gate.

All Ticket Sales are Final. There are no Refunds for any weather conditions or for not showing up or for any other reason.
You also agree to staying in the vehicle at all times. ( that means no one in truck beds)
You can go through only once through the exhibit with your ticket.
We have taken enhanced health and safety measures for you, other guests and employees. We are following the CDC and other appropriate government agencies guidelines.

Do I need to buy my tickets online? 
-Tickets can only be purchased online.

I purchased a Dino Surprise Pack. How will I receive it?
-Dino packs will be handed out at the event when you scan your ticket.

How will I get my tickets?
-An email confirmation will be sent to you when your order is completed. You can either print it or pull them up on your phone when you arrive at Jurassic Empire. If you do not receive your tickets, PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER. If you still didn't receive it then email us at [email protected] with the email address you used to make the purchase and confirmation code, if you have it.

Are Tickets Refundable?
-Tickets are only refundable if an event is cancelled.

Do You Sell T-Shirts on Site?

No we don't because we always sell out of sizes and colors. We partnered with www.Jurassic.Studio to sell T-Shirts for our customers. From there you can choose your child's favorite dinosaur shirt from over 40 unique designs. 

Can I make changes to my ticket?
-Email ticket request changes to [email protected] 

Can we ride in the bed of a pickup truck?
-Guests are not allowed to ride in the bed of pickup trucks, due to insurance policies of the property owners.

How long will the drive-thru take to complete?
-The tour lasts anywhere from 20 minutes to more than an hour depending how many cars are there at any given time. All vehicles will follow the same one-way route.

Will the event be canceled due to rain?
-No. Our show is rain or shine. If there is severe weather, we will reschedule your tickets for a different date and time.

Are pets allowed?
-Absolutely! Please keep them in the vehicle at all times.
